We give our Bio Zwetschgen Buchteln a particularly fruity twist - with real Powidl. A very special plum jam made exclusively from freshly harvested, fully ripe and naturally sweet organic plums, which are traditionally cooked in open cauldrons with plenty of time and no added sugar. This preserves the whole, sweet and tart aroma of the fruit - pure and full-bodied. The 24-hour resting time of our organic brioche dough ensures that the flavors combine beautifully and the buns retain their fluffy, soft texture.
