Our Bio Pistaziencroissant is reminds us of "la dolce vita" and sweetens our day anew every Thursday. The dough of our organic pistachio croissant rests for 48 hours. It is rolled by hand and filled with a homemade cream made from the finest organic pistachios and organic white chocolate. Topped with organic cardamom syrup and crunchy organic pistachio crumble for a fine crunch. The "Pain Suisse" shape adds a wonderful texture to the organic pistachio croissant and makes it particularly crispy when baked. We pay great attention to the seasonal availability of all our organic ingredients, which is why our Bio Pistaziencroissant is only available from April to October.
